Higher Education Minister Jonathan Moyo, who is challenging his arrest by the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission over alleged misuse of government funds, was yesterday directed by the Constitutional Court to put his papers in order because they were a shambles.

Moyo is alleged to have misused about $500 000 from the Zimbabwe Manpower Development Fund but is challenging his arrest.

His case was postponed indefinitely to allow him to sort out his papers.

In another court, social media activist Evan Mawarire was granted bail of $300 and report to Avondale police on Mondays and Fridays.

He appeared in court last week and was remanded to 17 February. He was also asked to surrender his travel documents.
