South African President Jacob Zuma today said the standoff in the power-sharing government in Zimbabwe has been resolved. Zuma who met Zimbabwe’s leaders, President Robert Mugabe and Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai, in Harare yesterday, said both sides had accepted that there had been a breakdown in communication. Meetings would resume and all remaining issues would be discussed. ”That has been resolved – the meetings are going to resume and therefore all the issues that need to be discussed and resolved will certainly find a platform and we are very happy,” Zuma said.
