Zimbabwe’s controversial land reform programme and its involvement in the Democratic Republic of the Congo war are two of the major reasons that led to the country’s economy collapse. The Zimbabwe African National Union- Patriotic Front throws in sanctions as well. The question that has always been lingering in people’s minds is: who benefitted from the war in the DRC?
