What did Chamisa mean?

Movement for Democratic Change leader Nelson Chamisa yesterday posted a tweet that must have left a lot of people guessing.

“The situation has moved yet to another level..At a function with the British Ambassador to Zimbabwe Her Excellency @HMAMelanieR and invited special guests,” he tweeted above a picture which showed him face to face with Foreign Affairs Minister Sibusiso Moyo.
