The biggest problem in ZANU-PF is that people are flouting the constitution

Jabulani Sibanda has been making headlines since he denounced the old ZAPU leadership in Bulawayo province. He won chairmanship of the war veterans association though he had been suspended from the party. Sibanda says the biggest problem in ZANU-PF is that some people are subjecting themselves to individuals instead of to the party constitution.
