Seven Zimbabweans recover from coronavirus as globally cases clock 10 million

Seven Zimbabweans, all from Matebeleland South, recovered from coronavirus today but the country recorded six new cases.

Zimbabwe now has 567 cases including 142 who have recovered.  Six people have died leaving 419 active cases.

Globally, the number of cases has topped 10 million according to worldometers.info. Nearly 499 000 have died, 5.4 million have recovered and there are still 4.1 million active cases.

Cases in the United States, Brazil, Russia and India continue to increase.

The United States now has nearly 2.6 million cases and Brazil 1.3 million.

Nearly 1.4 million cases in the US are still active while more than 697 500 people have recovered in Brazil.
