Prophetic Healing and Deliverance leader Walter Magaya is back in trouble.
The case in which he is reported to have raped a university student is back and he is due to go on trial at the High Court on 3 April.
Worse still, he will now be facing three counts of rape, not one, unlawful termination of pregnancy and obstructing the course of justice, according to NewZimbabwe.com.
Magaya was initially charged with rape in December 2016 but the complainant reportedly withdrew the charges and even went public.
The State, however, refused to withdraw the case saying the complainant had been coerced to withdraw the charges and it had evidence to that effect.
NewZimbabwe.Com says the charges are based on court papers that were stamped 5 January this year.
