A former civil servant and diplomat Stan Mudenge was Zimbabwe’s Foreign Minister for 10 years before being demoted to Higher Education. He was a powerful negotiator but was always viewed a political lightweight overshadowed by Simon Muzenda, Eddison Zvobgo and Emmerson Mnangagwa. There are 22 Wikileaks cables on him. Here they are.
