Congratulations and condemnations

South African President Jacob Zuma and Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta today congratulated Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe on his victory while Western countries challenged the victory with Australia calling for fresh elections. Australia said would not lift its sanctions on Zimbabwe until Harare holds new polls.
