Buhera South legislator Joseph Chinotimba complained that independent Member of Parliament Temba Mliswa was spitting so much during his contribution to the debate on the Public Accounts Committee report on the Ministry of Industry and Commerce that it was almost like it was ràining. So
Chinotimba said Mliswa should therefore move to the side of the oposition as had beenrequested by Movement for Democratic Change vice-president Nelson Chamisa who had asked M!iswa to move over to the side of the oppositrion for his own protection .
Mliswà responded I will keep on talking to you and you shall get irrigation.
He had just told Parliament that President Robert Mugabe's cabinet was so corrupt that if corrupt ministers were arrested only two would survive.
He did not name the two.

*HON. CHINOTIMBA: On a point of order, I think Hon. Chamisa is correct in what he has said because Hon. Mliswa is spitting whilst speaking. It is like we are outside and it is raining. He should move over to that side.

HON. MLISWA: I take note of that Madam Speaker but because of lack of irrigation, I thought I would also be helping Minister Made to ensure that we increase the irrigation capacity of the country –Laughter.]-
